This is to collect Sweet Points member's info who is not currently in SmartVendor .

We will use these info that you provided to locate his or her Sweet Points balance from the old system and imported to the SmartVendor.

If customer is making a purchase now, please add the customer into our new POS system so she/he can start collecting points for today's purchase. we will add her/his previous points later.
